Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the 8889 platform (https://8889.bio), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the platform.
These terms and conditions apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 8889 operates for users in Bangladesh and is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The revision date will be noted after each change, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user may only create one account. Operating multiple accounts is considered a violation of these terms.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination.
- A valid mobile number is required for registration. Certain features may be restricted if your phone number is not verified.
- Any documents requested for identity verification must be submitted in a timely manner.
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You should not share them with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
- The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through their account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
- 8889 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone under any circumstances.
Users of the platform must refrain from the following activities: disrupting the normal operation of the platform, using automation or bots to gain an unfair advantage, stealing or misusing other users' information, attempting to breach the platform's security measures, and engaging in money laundering or fraudulent activities.
If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended or closed immediately, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Terms
All transactions on the 8889 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are accepted via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Withdrawals are only available from verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed within the specified timeframes. Additional verification may be required for any transactions flagged as suspicious.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 8889 have their own terms and conditions. Specific wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

8889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice for any of the following reasons: violation of terms and conditions, providing false information, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, and suspicious money laundering activity.
If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no terms violations, a refund of that amount will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
8889 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the 8889 platform. This includes losses caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party errors. All bets are placed entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
All content on the 8889 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 8889. No part may be republished, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
8889 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party services or links displayed on the 8889 platform. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
8889 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any changes will be noted on the page. These terms are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Detailed Platform Usage Rules
All gaming and betting activities on the 8889 platform must comply with the established rules. In the event of any dispute over a game outcome, 8889's system logs will be considered final. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
For Sports Betting, 8889 uses recognized data sources to verify the results of specific matches or events. Bet settlement is announced once official results have been published.
If you are disconnected during a Live Casino session, the outcome of the ongoing round will be determined based on the last recorded state in the system. 8889 is not responsible for any disputes arising from such situations.
